With more than 40 years of experience spanning apartment management, community association management and residential real estate, Mary Corcoran King is a global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Seminole County office. Known for her integrity, compassion and unwavering commitment to service, she brings decades of leadership, operational expertise and customer advocacy to every transaction. A licensed real estate salesperson and member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, Mary has earned Agent of Excellence certification, along with Gold Key certifications in residential, military and global specialties.
Mary's career has been defined by helping people navigate important milestones with confidence. After earning her real estate license in 2006, she built a reputation for responsiveness, exceptional communication and personalized guidance. Prior to focusing on residential real estate, she managed a portfolio of more than 150 community associations and employees, consistently delivering outstanding results. She was a top sales producer for Sentry Management for eight consecutive years, served as president of the Community Associations Institute and continues to give back as a member of the Arthritis Foundation's board of directors. A graduate of Leadership Orlando and the Walt Disney World College Program, Mary credits Disney's service philosophy with helping shape the customer-centered approach that has guided her career. Completing the Agent of Excellence program later in her career brought that journey full circle, reaffirming the principles of service, professionalism and attention to detail that have always defined her work.
Mary believes buying or selling a home is about far more than a transaction - it is a life-changing experience. She is dedicated to educating and advocating for her buyers and sellers, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident throughout every step of the process. Rather than focusing on the next sale, Mary prioritizes building lifelong relationships, treating every customer with patience, honesty and genuine care. Her thoughtful approach, strong ethical foundation and willingness to go the extra mile have earned the trust of customers who often become lifelong friends.
Originally from Grand Haven, Michigan, Mary has lived in Longwood, Florida for 34 years. Deeply committed to serving her community, she is actively involved with Annunciation Catholic Church in Longwood, where she serves as co-chair of the All Saints Circle and volunteers on the Fall Festival Committee. She also volunteers at the National Basilica of Mary, Queen of the Universe. Outside of work, Mary enjoys traveling with close friends, participating in community events and cherishing the relationships that enrich both her personal and professional life.
